How to: Create an Iteration Plan

An iteration plan itemizes the work to be accomplished within an iteration. There are two possible ways to draft an iteration plan in MSF for Agile Software Development. The first way utilizes Microsoft Project and presents an entire view of the iterations over the life of the project. The second way is to use Microsoft Excel. A new iteration plan is created in each iteration using this method.
