Execute a Release Plan

The release plan aligns all parties scheduled to receive the new release. The plan prepares the media manufacturing team, customer, and operations team as development transitions the release. Additionally, it informs the teams responsible for downstream activities when to expect the release and what technical support they can expect. As the product moves toward hand-off, the release plan is a checklist of actions intended to make sure the release goes smoothly.

Dependencies:
- The release candidate build meets the date or functionality objectives called for in the vision statement.
- The release candidate build meets the quality objectives called for in the test approach.

- Check that the sales, training, marketing, and customer acceptance materials match the content of the product.

Coordinate Product Delivery |
- Setup the logistics of product delivery or deployment.
