• Review the test reports to understand where the project is relative to the test metric thresholds.
• Refine the test approach worksheet to update the test metric thresholds.
• Plan future iterations to bring the numbers into line with the thresholds.

Create Test Tasks and Risks

• With the testers to create and assign test tasks necessary to bring testing the project on track.
• Work with the business analyst and testers to create an understanding of any issues around functionality or bugs.
• Create risk work items for any areas that might be at risk due to not meeting threshold targets.

The test approach worksheet is updated if necessary and republished.

New test tasks or risks are created as needed.
