1	Create Prototypical Persona Day	For each persona, identify and describe one or more prototypical periods of time in the life of the persona.
2	Identify Technology Opportunities	For each day in the life, identify opportunities where the product could be used to add value to help the persona better realize their potential and goals. Add a scenario entry to the scenario list for each new scenario. Look for quality of service requirements and add an entry to the quality of service requirements list.

The scenarios list reflects the needs of the persona.
