• Describe the installation mechanism.
• Describe the product invocation information.
• Describe the new scenarios and defects resolved compared with the previous release.
• Describe any known limitations of the product or bugs that could restrict the expected behavior.
• Review the release notes to be sure that they are accurate, complete, and externally presentable.

The final state of the system is documented in the release notes.
